Please read Moonfruit's terms and conditions, which you agree to in signing up for SiteMaker or SiteMakerFree. Unless otherwise specified, the terms and conditions set out below and references to "SiteMaker" apply equally to users of SiteMaker and SiteMakerFree.
The terms and conditions include important provisions about payment and your rights to refunds, as well as limiting and excluding our obligation to pay if you lose money. As a user of SiteMaker you accept that by using this software you agree that SiteMaker Software Limited, or Cornwall Domain Agency, assumes no responsibility for the nature or content of anything contained on this Web site and disclaims all liability in respect of such nature or content. "We", Cornwall Domain Agency, offer our our two "packages", £399 & £699 respectively, in line with Moonfruits terms and we also take no liability whatsoever with respects to the content or nature of the site, nor do we take any responsibilty for its intended use or any liability whatsoever for any loss from using SiteMaker, including - but not limited to - data loss, financial loss, fee's or costs relating to using the SiteMaker software. Our fee's for building either package include the first years costs for owning a non-branded Moonfruit site, currently £36 per annum for the basic plan which is used for our £399 package, and £72 per annum for the premium option which is used for our £699 package. After the first 12 months all costs relating to using the software will solely be the responsibilty of the client. We reserve the right to remove any site that contains, or may be deemed as potentially offensive content, or content of a sexual nature. We will send you a letter outlining these terms and conditions when you comission us to build your site for you. You must sign and return the enclosed statement (with means of payment if not already done so) BEFORE we complete your site. You have seven days to agree and return the statement to us. If payment is not made within the specified timeframe we reserve the right to completely remove the site from our system, therefore you may lose the site and/or the information stored on it. If your account is terminated as a result of a breach of ours, or Moonfruits, Terms & Conditions then the remainder of any payment made by you will not be refundable. We also reserve the right to remove or alter any of our terms & conditions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to users of this, or any other service offered by Cornwall Domain Agency or Moonfruit.
